Reporten los problemas de idiomas
Saludos a todos los jugadores que utilizamos el juego en espaol encontramos animaciones sin sonido de lo que habla el personaje un ejemplo evento de Halloween. Este problema no ocurre con el idioma ingls.
Esto tambin ocurre con las personas que compran DCL y legendarios .
Aun que es una comunicada pequea dentro del juego, encuentro que igual tenemos los mismos derecho en el juego.
Yo ya mande mi critica ase unos cuantos minutos atrs

Gracias por contactar al Departamento de Atencin al Cliente de Sony Online Entertainment. Desafortunadamente las animaciones del idioma espaol y otros idiomas internacionales al ingls para los DLCs en efecto son mudas. Esta en una decisin intencional y no es un bug. Lamentamos que no hayan voces en las animaciones ya que es parte del sabor y la experiencia que obtiene jugando DCUO. Le pido una disculpa si esto le frustra y no le permite obtener una experiencia ptima al jugar nuestro juego. Le recomiendo ir a los foros oficiales para obtener ms informacin y si quiere poner una peticin para que en el futuro se incluyan DLCs con voces para idiomas internacionales al ingls. https://forums.station.sony.com/dcuo/index.php Si tiene alguna otra pregunta o inconveniente, favor de usar este nmero de referencia: xxxxxx-xxxxxx

Please contact the Customer Service Department of Sony Online Entertainment. Unfortunately the animations of Spanish and other international languages into English for the DLCs are indeed dumb. Was an intentional decision and not a bug. We regret that there are no voices in the animation as it is part of the flavor and the experience you get playing DCUO. I ask an apology if this frustrates you and not letting you get a better experience playing our game. - Ingresa la pgina del juego : https://www.dcuniverseonline.com
- Luego ingresen con su nombre y clave.
- La parte superior derecha encontraran la palabra Asistencia presionen la.
- Aparece una pgina en ingls, en la parte central de la pgina cambiar el idioma por espaol.
- Presionas el botn pedir ayuda (zona central)
- Aparece un formulario
- Producto : en mi caso selecciono dc universe online
- Categora: Tcnico (lo del sonido es un problema de programacin por lo que entiendo)
- Asunto: Animacin sin sonido (escriban porque)
- Preguntar: Es el espacio donde dejen los problemas que tienen en el juego con el mayor detalle
- Finalizar presione el botn continuar.
