SOCKET ERROR: Please, help me!

Greetings.

I wanna call for help with this terrible "Socket Error 11004" that appeared sudently when I try to launch DCUO.

But I wanna alert you all, that I already asked for help with "Socket Error 11001" some time ago, and a lot of people sent me suggestion to play the game again, and I searched it on youtube video. Nothing worked.

After I changed my Windows and re-instaled the game again, "Socket Error 11001" disappeared and it finally returned to run normal on my PC. I returned to play normal! However, it passed some time, something of 1 or more months, I tried to launch the game again and: "Socket Error 11004" appeared...

I tried to found solutions in videos and everything like that! I already tried to config proxy and many other forms to fix my game, but I still can't play it.

So, I'm here again to ask for help to avoid "Socket Error 11004", and I wanna clarify something: As error 11001, my game was running normally, and this strange error appeared sudently. In one day you are playing, and in next day, you can't play anymore....it appears that everytime I install DCUO on my PC, it works well only for a period of time before the Socket Error appears and never let me play DCUO again.

I REALLY like DC Universe Online, but I wanna play it whithout fear that some time later, I'll not be able to play it again.

This is all what happened with my DCUO since I played it first time. If someone can, please help me fix this problem to NEVER return again. Thank you and sorry for this long text
